FAQ
How does pricing work?
Payment is divided into two parts: an initial 50% deposit paid upfront, followed by the final 50% settlement upon successful completion. We accept card payments only.
What can I expect the process to look like?
1. Inquiry & Response: Once your form is submitted, I will review it and reply promptly (usually within three business days.)
2. Initial Deposit: I will email you an invoice for the first installment, which is a nonrefundable 50% deposit, payable by card.
3. Sketching Phase: Upon receipt of your deposit, I will immediately begin work on a preliminary sketch for your review.
4. Painting & Approval: After you provide any necessary feedback and grant your final approval on the sketch, I will move on to the full painting. I will share photographs of the completed work for your final review and sign-off.
5. Final Steps & Shipping: The remaining 50% balance is due after final approval and any incorporated revisions. Once the painting is completely dry (please allow approximately two weeks after completion for drying), I will carefully package it and ship it to your location!
How long does it take?
The average delivery time for a commission is 1 month, but this is variable. If the piece is small, it can often be finished sooner. Please reach out so I can provide an exact shipping date for your specific order.
